I miss our time…all very young from beginning to too soon an end. I’m happy to find this group. I can pretend a different ending. It’s comforting. Reality is nothing like porn clips, even the real
ones. It’s way more intense. Dark and bright light at once. Sweaty, but dry and warm to the touch.
But it doesn’t necessarily end neatly. Ours was innocent and playful - until it wasn’t. He died not long ago. We spent the majority of our lives dancing uneasily around each other, estranged, as unrelated after as we were absolutely of each other at the beginning. I spent everything looking for a better ending…even a longer middle. God what could’ve been.
I read here about some of you and what you’ve had- have. It’s wonderful to know what can be. I’m happy reading some of your own comments - and jealous. Not in a hostile petty way, but still longing, hungry to have known what you’ve lived. I get off on this group, but I’m also grateful to be among others like me, like I would’ve been.
