its just too easy sometimes... most people have all of their important info on social media sites... you try it... password recovery systems are a joke. secret answers arent really secrets. the more you know about the person your treying to hack the better... ive even simply pulled up their account recovery questions, started a convo with them through text or facebook chat.. and just asked them basically the quesions i need to figure out the answer they put.
