The truth is I still jerk off to my ex. I hate everything she put me through and i still have to deal with her to thisbday on a pretty much regular basis. If I were you, I'd put fences to let yourself the time to heal what needs to be
Try to limit contact with her and be clear about what you are willing to pay attention about her life
I guess it's common after a break-up to stick to what's good (here sex) and endure the rest in case everything solves itself, it was the same thing for me until I realised I was hurting myself

Truthfully we havent been together in a long while though im still forced to see her constantly. Ive had a few relationships between now and then and i find myself always going back to her. I dont know maybe spmething is wrong with me. Yea the sex was good and it kills me shes doing it with another man but i still wish i was included. I miss the things we used to do. I hate that she puts me though this fucking headache. I want to hate fuck her until she stops fighting i want to beg for her attention. Its conflicting.

You're much better off just deleting whatever you still have of her and reducing contact to only the strictly necessaries. That feeling of longing is very powerful, and when you give in to the temptation to desire her for even a minute it becomes much harder to get out of that hole. She's not worth the mental headache and especially if she's got someone else it's no use putting yourself in the position to be vulnerable to her emotionally, my man.

I know nothing is likley to happen and i want to thank everyone for theyre actual advice. Did not expect that one. Anyways ill see her again later today. Ive been thinking of just being straight with her and asking for sex for old times sake. The worst that can happen is she says no right? And i think it would be the best time because her and her boyfriend are at the trouble in paradise stage. Thanks again and i may post more uts a good way to release the tension i suppose.
