A couple of thoughts come to mind. Your wife was very interested in you getting to know this other woman which says to me something is up. Either she has, is, was, wants to hook up with another cock, whether it be this woman's husband or someone else. I agree with you on this. There is a reason the wife hinted that she was your type. Your wife and her talked about everything. Do not be suprised if she was already fucking her friends husband.
