i confess i'm at my wits end. i can't stand my neighbor playing his guitar. i've asked him numerous times to kindly turn his amp down. i've even suggested he get those sound absorbing foam tiles to put on his wall, he said he'll look into it... yet i still hear him loudly sucking on guitar playing awful ska riffs and shitty covers of Sublime bullshit all day. he's fucking terrible. i can't take it anymore. i can hear him right now. its 11 at night and i have work in the morning. if he doesnt call it a day in the next 10 minutes i'm going over there, knock on his door, and when he answers i'll stab him in the neck with a rusty kitchen knife. i'll update this thread from prison in the future. so long guys.

Every locality has a noise ordinance law. Call your local police, find out what it is, then call them after he plays past the allotted time frame. Granted, the guy is an ass for not respecting his neighbors. He should be using headphones plugged into his amp. I do this, and I never have a problem with my neighbors.
