I have searched for a few photos from "glamour" magazines from way back. I dont think that any of these were in the famous "Health and Efficiency" magazine, where womens bits were airbrushed out of existance. The images do show, however, the way in which poses were made so that even the suspicion of pubic hair was concealed, never mind a wrinkled hint of labia.
This video is a composite of photos from the 1950s.
