Any tips on how to get a girl?

I have never had a girlfriend before and recently moved from England to the US. Despite being a bit of a nerd with absolutely no confidence in the dating department who spends most his time jerking off to porn I decided that my relocation to America would be the perfect opportunity to reinvent myself.

My problem is, how do I play it? How do I ask her out? If I manage to get a date with her how long before I kiss her? If by some miracle we have sex, how do I make sure she wants more? Do I admit I am a virgin?
