bestiality and it is allowed or not on these boards?

I know in most countries bestiality is illegal, but here in the US.. and Finland..
bestiality is legal (or at least not expressly outlawed) in these U.S. states:

Alaska
Arizona
Colorado
Connecticut
Florida
Hawaii
Iowa
Kentucky
Louisiana
Missouri
Nebraska
Nevada
New Hampshire
New Jersey
New Mexico
Ohio
Oregon
South Dakota
Texas
Vermont
Washington
West Virgina

A lot of these states used to have sodomy laws,where most of the Zoophillia stuff resided, but in the last 20 or so years they have been slowly been repealed thanks to the gay movement.

The only federal law prohibiting zoophilic pornography, is 18 U.S.C. 2256, which prohibits distribution in interstate commerce and on federal property of child pornography of a minor under 18 years old engaging in "sexually explicit conduct" of bestiality.

and to my knowledge no state prohibits the ownership or distribution of zoophile material, just the act.

So whats the verdict?

yeah... I just grabbed the list off of wiki. It could be outdated but the point is that in some places it is legal. Also, there are no federal laws against bestiality and to my knowledge, ownership and exchanging images of Zoo stuff is not illegal anywhere in the US.

There are no laws in my state although technically they could probably get you on some kind of decency law written 100 years ago. Point is I have never seen any case of a person getting prosecuted for having beast porn... anywhere in the US... and I challenge you to find a case. Out of all the stuff that has been on this site.. I cant believe this was chosen to be removed.

I looked up your case in Washington... Interesting. Look up Enumclaw horse sex case .

Turns out they could not charge any of the people involved in that case with anything except trespass. After that case some dumb ass legislator did what he does best and passed more laws. They banned bestiality...... and stuffed a bunch of other stuff in the bill. How convenient. Nobody was going to stand up for bestiality for fear of looking bad so the legislator had free reign to stuff that bill with whatever he wanted.

Like it really hurt the horse....

So Washington is out.. but nothing like that has ever happened in my state.

I cant edit my post but I wanted to ad this quote from the seattle times.

"It was an almost comically easy law to pass." bestiality had no political support in Washington state, and no group in Washington state advocated for bestiality.[1] The law is RCW 16.52.205(3

Just another reason that we really to remain vigilant on what laws are being passed.

It wasn't a choice, we were forced into it by law. If it was legal for us to host we would/did have no problem with it. Lobby the politicians if you want it changed (which you probably won't do as no-one seems to have the guts to stand up for it publicly).

So you're pretty much completely wrong. Zoophilia is illegal is most U.S. states. It is true that the repeal of sodomy laws (which aren't just about gay people BTW, because straight anal and oral sex used to also be illegal under sodomy laws), it is no longer expressly illegal in 13 states, but they can usually prosecute someone performing sex acts on an animal under animal cruelty laws. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoophilia_and_the_law_in_the_United_States

So yeah, there are no federal laws explicitly prohibiting zoophilia or bestiality porn, but it's illegal in enough of the U.S. that I can understand why Motherless doesn't want to mess with it.

My Parole Officer copied my entire hard drive and scanned it.

He did not bother me about the vids with the pet lovers. That's NOT what he was concerned with.

But that does not mean I can make a website which hosts beastiality without it eventually getting shut down.
