Is it just a matter of luck ? Maybe you will get connected to a girl if you're really lucky ? I got connected to a girl once but I think it might have been a video. I typed "Hello", "What's up?" and other message but this girl never typed back so I got suspicious. It just goes to prove that there are way more horny guys on the Internet than horny girls. LOL

They definitely need to make changes and need to add in filters so that you can customize your preferences as to who you want to connect with. Like on web cam sites, you can customize the age range of girls you want to watch or on dating sites you can customize the type of women you are interested in meeting. Most guys would most likely want to connect with girls and vice versa.
