I know nothing about your gf or your relationship with her but if she's not constantly having "girls night our" or something then she (and also you) definitely need some time apart. I don't think any couple should spend every waking hour together. Being apart is just as important as being together. 10 years is a long ass time and I imagine you'd get sort of sick of seeing the same person everyday without getting a chance to actually "miss" them.
But again, I don't know your relationship as well as you do so if something is strange or out of the ordinary, I would definitely talk to her about it.
