I recently found out that someone I know has been having sex with his daughter. Ordinarily, I would find this hot, but a few days after finding out, I got really nauseous thinking about it. For some reason, I also feel rather jealous.

Actually, what you feel is envy, not jealousy.
Jealousy is when you have something that you want to keep for yourself -- "The LORD thy God is a jealous God."
Envy, on the other hand, is when you want something that someone else has -- I envy Donald Trump's hair-do.

It started when she was younger, and you are right envious is a more accurate word. I really wanted to have a relationship with her myself, but I doubt that will ever happen.
He didn't even think it was a big deal, which makes it even harder to deal with.
Does anyone have any ideas on helping me cope with this information?
