Im hoping this post is in the right place, does anyone know if there's a way to sort the Order of Galleries. I have a few Galleries with Sets that are in perfect order when i upload them, but completely out of order when the gallery is made. For Example Pic with a woman in full cloths in the middle of the set rather than at the beginning of it.

It's not currently possible to change the order of media in a gallery after they have been uploaded, but we are aware of the desire for such a feature. We can't make any promises at this stage but at some point in the future we may well address this issue (as time and resources allow).
As Randomonium said, it's currently not possible to change the order, all galleries are ordered by the time uploads were added to it, sorting the most recent image to the top. So the order of the uploads when you uploaded them stays the same in the gallery (well, actually it will be reversed, the file you uploaded last will be the first in the gallery).
The problem you're experiencing is most likely caused due to filename conventions. If you upload a folder with files like this:
001.jpg
002.jpg
003.jpg
...
020.jpg
everything will be fine, file 020.jpg will be the first in your gallery. but if you have files like this:
1.jpg
2.jpg
3.jpg
...
10.jpg
11.jpg
...
20.jpg
then the files will be sorted before you even upload them, but sadly enough, they will be sorted like this:
1.jpg
10.jpg
11.jpg
...
2.jpg
20.jpg
because they will be sorted alpha-numerical and not simply numerical (your thumbnail program probably displays them corrently, but the file select dialog on your pc feeds them in a different order to our uploader after you selected them).
A solution would be to use a file renaming program (use google to find one for your operating system) to force proper numeric sequences like in my first example.
