Is there no way for this?
.. I tried uploading a ZIP file of a Video and ".srt (SubRip Subtitle File)" together via plain uploader, for a video "with subtitles". Sure enough, got just ERROR after all. (I just don't wanna install any extra app if possible, btw)

Feature request - Translations
Non-English vids often have dialog that I would like to understand, at least at key points. Sometimes people request and get translations in comments.
A big feature would be capturing these in a structured form.
Members could vote on those of particular interest indicating the desired language, other members provide translations, with some sort of reward system.
Native speaking mods/members do a cursory check of quality (probably just that it looks like valid grammar/spelling, not actual correctness) and approve.
Playback allows you to overlay them, individually or from profile settings.
Would need to be efficient capture and synchronisation process, perhaps you can research how groups make .srt files for movies.
Downloaded vids could take this data as a generated srt for standard external playback.
This would be a unique feature in the market. Perhaps it doesn't exist for reasons of complexity. Maybe you can even sell the translations to interested original content firms.
There are online translation firms so if a suitable way of funding it could be found the hard steps could be outsourced.
At the very least consider a field for storing the language, to be used in search.
