I'm not sure if this is a problem with my browser or with the site's chatting program but i want to ask non the less.

When typing in the chat there are some thing that aren't working, well they work just not in the way i'm used to. My keyboards symbols are all over the place. Symbols like ? and / and things like that are not where i usually find them. So most of the time i need to go into my browser typing thing and write the symbol then copy paste it down into the chat section. I'm from norway so my keyboard configuration is set for that and my browser is Chrome. So is this a problem with the browser or is it a chrome messing up my key configuration on java/flash? Seems like the only other sites i have these problems on are non Norwegian sites like cam4 etc. No problems at all on Norwegian flash/java chats.
