@BitchCollector those that use torture don't often publicise what they do. I think there was a time (back in the 1970s and 80s?) when countries like Chile and Argentina used torture routinely. They provided specially designed equipment and trained interrogators how to use it. That meant it was no secret and journalists and human rights campaigners gave it publicity. Maybe now those using torture are more secretive. I think electro torture will go on being used because it is so effectiv

@BitchCollector I don't think electro torture is less common than other methods (probably the opposite) but it becomes fatal a lot more quickly and easily if it's done by people with no clue about safety. A dead prisoner is no good for interrogation or for punishment.
