Do you guys ever clean your homegrown maggots? Either way, have you ever gotten sick from letting them eat your urethra?

Yes! I always clean them. Antibacterial dish soap and warm water does not kill them.

I don't do so.

I also take the earthworm as it comes directly out of my garden box. It's nature IMHO.
