@AdamZadeh The main thing that happened was that PD went into retirement a few years ago. After the end of the original Insex (2005) they diversified into a group of sites (similar to Kink): Hardtied, InfernalRestraints, RealtimeBondage, TopGrl, SexuallyBroken are the ones that come to mind. The name Insex was also revived a few years ago.
