Yeah I didn't pay for video was free to download at the time, and no one has filed any complaints, in fact it seems most enjoy watching, if she is so bothered by my sharing it, I would love to hear from her. @durk24 Never said they couldn't HAVE him arrested. Said they couldn't arrest him; they do not have police authority. And still, unless this man lives int he US, they can't touch him. They can ask to have him extradited, but I don't see that happening any time soon.

However, you are still using a copyrighted image to identify yourself on a porn site, so you shouldn't shout so loudly. ;)

@durk24 Absolutely most of the material posted on sites like these are owned by someone else, and despite all the warnings and EULAs, people still use the material. You know .. much like you using BlizzCON's photo to identify yourself on a pornagraphy aggregator site on the internet. Something tells me you do - NOT - have their permission to do so. ;)

@durk24 You are technically right about the legality (which is the best way to be right), but obviously Xtube can't arrest him. Xtube can file a complaint, which then will be considered by a lawyer. This lawyer has to spend considerable amount of resources in finding out which country this person from, and if it's even feazable to file a lawsuit. 9 times out of 10, these things die out without anything happening. Sad, but true.

@durk24 while "stealing" is never good, I'd be HUUUGELY surprised if all the videos posted to Motherless.com turned out to be original content. ;) I'm pretty sure it's closer to 90% (or more) reposts. This is an aggreator-site - keep'em coming, if you ask me. (pun intended)

funny i never had to pay for an xtube membership and 90% of videos are free to watch including the one i posted. at least at that time which was well over a year ago. will have look into it. not intentionally trying piss anyone off.
